The New York Association for Energy Economics (NYAEE) is a chapter of the United States Association for Energy Economics (USAEE). We are a non-profit organization of business, government, academic and other professionals. Our mission statement is: to advance the understanding and application of economics across all facets of energy development and use, including theory, business, public policy and environmental considerations.
The NYAEE achieves this goal by holding lunch meetings on the fourth Thursday of the month, which provide an opportunity for networking, followed by lunch and a presentation by a featured speaker. In addition, an annual dinner is held, offering a more formal setting for our members to interact.
